Successful candidates will have the chance to undergo essential training at the University of Montreal.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Execute in-house production and characterization of multi-specific antibodies for biochemical/biophysical screening and in vitro/vivo functional studies.

  • Contribute to antibody discovery efforts by executing high-throughput screening assays.

  • Interpret results and present/communicate with cross-functional colleagues for successful execution and completion of projects.

  • Manage the organization of laboratory materials, supplies, and reagents.

  • Apply, adapt, and modify technical aspects of laboratory protocols.

  • Utilize analytical and quality control methods on lab materials, products, and cell lines.


Required Qualifications

Candidates must possess a background in cellular and molecular biology, demonstrated by at least an MSc degree. Candidates with a BSc degree and 3+ years of relevant experience will also be considered. The ideal candidate should display a strong drive to learn, thrive in a dynamic work environment, excel in a competitive landscape, and progress into roles with increasing responsibility. Experience and skill in mammalian cell transfection, antibody purification, and characterization are essential. Having a grasp of chemically-induced proximity methods and CRISPR gene editing would be advantageous.

  • Salary Range: $26.45 to 35.54$ per hour.
